Studio 1646 is pleased to welcome you to our newly renovated, contemporary office space located on Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers, Florida. This exclusive second-floor location is ideal for private meetings, individual workdays, lectures, training events, and professional or creative conferences. Medical use of any space is prohibited.

Please note that the office is accessible by stairs only; elevator service to the second floor is not available.

Every booking includes complimentary gig-speed internet, smart TVs, and whiteboards—everything needed for an effective meeting or presentation. Guests may also enjoy a complimentary coffee and tea bar in our comfortable reception and waiting area. Copying, scanning, printing, and notary services are available during regular office hours or by appointment.

The premises are protected by 24-hour security monitoring, including audio and video recording, and an on-site attendant is available to provide support services.

Studio 1646 operates on an appointment and reservation basis, in order to maintain a professional working environment, and is restricted to guests 18 years of age and older.
